Arthur Masuaku, a left back from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, has officially joined Sunderland on a two-year contract after leaving Turkish club Beşiktaş.

He aims to make a strong start to the new season and help the team achieve promotion to the Premier League. The move was confirmed by well-known transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who announced that Masuaku passed all medical examinations and signed the contract.

Fans are excited about the transfer, considering it a key step in strengthening the team's defense. Earlier, Sunderland had already boosted their attack by bringing in Marc Guiu on loan from Chelsea.

With both experience and ambition, Masuaku could become a vital player in Sunderland’s journey back to the top tier of English football.
